Ages 6 months to 5 years

If you are enrolled in PAL, JCC Preschool or any Shalom Baby class, you are invited to drop in for open gym time in our new tumbling room located in the main building. There are designated baby/toddler gym times as noted below. For everyone’s safety, the room maximum is 10 children. Space capacity is reached on a first come basis. All families must adhere to the posted rules. An adult MUST be present at all times during open gym.

Socks must be worn in the tumbling room.

Tuesday: 9 - 11 am (all ages); 2 - 4 pm (all ages)
Thursday: 9 - 11 am (6 -18 months); 2 - 4 pm (all ages)
Free for families currently enrolled in the PALS program, JCC Preschool or Shalom Baby classes
$5/family per visit Guests
Box for payment is at the Tumbling Room door.

Magical Music
4 months – 5 years

Join Kristin in making music from around the world, kid style! Sing songs in different languages, traditional kids’ tunes, and originals by Kristin. Play with egg shakers, rhythm sticks, bells, drums and more, as we learn new songs and sing a few old favorites. Have fun working on basic music competency: matching pitches and keeping the beat with our bodies and instruments. This class includes singing with puppets, doing finger plays, and dancing with scarves and a parachute!

Boogie Babies
5 months – pre-walkers
This fun infant program provides families with a special place for learning and connecting with others through music. In class, we sing, play and dance as we explore the musical concepts of pitch, tempo, stopping and starting, as well as dynamics like loud and soft. An abundance of fun props like simple instruments, bubbles, colorful scarves and puppets enhance our songs and create a rich multi-sensory environment for all. Adults enjoy class just as much as their babies! Come join us and you will see!

Jamming Tots
Walkers – 23 months
At this age children like to move A LOT! They are learning new physical skills and beginning to explore new environments in which they feel safe and actively engaged. In this movement-filled class for new walkers, children enjoy singing, dancing, playing simple instruments, listening, exploring, and interacting with one another. It’s the perfect place to get for children and adults alike to get to know one another while participating in music and movement fun. Come listen, and play with us. We love to share!

I Got Rhythm
2 years -35 months
Does your toddler love music? Then join us for this active movement and music experience for kids just this age. At two, children are learning how to better socialize with others. And this class provides a perfect opportunity for them to also explore music at the same time.  Parachutes, scarves, stories, bubbles and loads of age appropriate instruments enhance the experience. Class is also an enjoyable place for adults to interact and grow with one another. Come dance, play and sing with us. We promise - you’ll have just as much fun as the children!
