Sageing ® - Acquiring a Heart of Wisdom
This intergenerational class entwines journal writing exercises, text study, interactive and individual meditations, and group sharing. The Sage-ing journey teaches skills which empower us to harvest the wisdom of our life experience to enrich the present moment; face our mortality and learn from it; mature in our relationships and in our communities; develop a regenerative spirit; and take active leadership roles in society.
