School’s Day Out Fall 2010

Spend a fun-filled day off from school at the “J” (Nov. 11 is a BVSD day off.) The day will include indoor/outdoor recreation, games, crafts, pizza lunch and more fun activities.

American Red Cross Babysitting Fall 2010
With
11 – 15 years
This class will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to care for infants and school-aged children. It combines video, activities, hands-on skills training and discussion for a complete learning experience. Babysitter’s training shows you how to: respond to emergencies and illnesses with first aid, rescue breathing and other appropriate care, communicate with parents to learn household rules, recognize safety and hygiene issues, manage young children and feed, diaper and care for infants.
$70 per person (includes the books, CD-Rom, instructor fees, class materials, certifications and a pizza lunch)
