Spring Break Camp 2012
Spring Break Camp with Science Matters
ages 5-12
Science Matters in Colorado offers an exciting and educational program for children ages five through 12 at the Boulder JCC!
Investigate the wonders of the ocean and marine biology while examining different types of ocean life—like sharks and squid- and experimenting with blubber and kelp! Students will explore the
layering of water and salinity, the types of living things that thrive in the world’s oceans, and learn about sonar and submarines. We’ll even investigate the evidence that Colorado was once covered by a HUGE ocean, and you’ll uncover the clues why this was true! We get to look inside/outside a shark in this 5 day WONDER CAMP. We’ll be swimming deep into the wild wonders of the deep blue seas!
March 26-30 (M-F)
