The camp day runs from 9 am - 4 pm. We offer an 8am early drop off option for an additional cost. You’ll have the opportunity to sign up for early drop off during the registration process. If you need to add this option after registration please email our Director at julia.paeglis@boulderjcc.org
The Boulder JCC has a need-based scholarship program which you may apply for by completing a scholarship application in addition to filling out your camper application. This process is done confidentially. Please do not hesitate to apply. We do our best to meet the needs of all our families. The application is due by March 5, 2025. Applications received after March 1, 2025 will be considered on a rolling basis. If the Boulder JCC cancels a camp, a full refund will be granted unless the camp participant transfers that balance to another camp program. Registration cancellations by parents/guardians prior to May 1, 2025 will result in a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Later cancellations up until June 2 will result in a full refund, less a $125 administrative fee.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after June 2, 2025 unless we can fill your spot from the waitlist, then it will result in a full refund less a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations requests must be submitted in writing via email to a member of the Camp Leadership Team.
Campers on the waiting list for a camp program will not be charged.
All of our camps are located at the Boulder JCC at 6007 Oreg Ave (on the Southeast corner of Cherryvale and Arapahoe).
Cherryvale Day Camp is a licensed child care program following all of the Boulder JCC’s health and safety protocols based on the latest recommendations and mandates from Boulder County and the State of Colorado. Health Forms, which include certificates of immunization, need to be current within the year for all children attending camp. The Boulder JCC does not accept personal or religious exemptions from immunizations. Medication exemptions or delays need documentation from your medical doctor.
