Deepen your practice with this immersive four-week series designed to bridge the physical and energetic aspects of yoga. Blending modern anatomical understanding with the wisdom of the subtle body, this workshop is open to all levels—whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your awareness. Each week, we will explore a key area of the body, combining movement, breath work, and mindfulness to cultivate strength, mobility, and energetic flow.

Week 1: Foundations of Sun Salutations
Learn the biomechanics and energetic dynamics of Sun Salutations, the backbone of many yoga practices. We will refine alignment, explore modifications, and harness the breath to create fluid, sustainable movement.

Week 2: Energetic Anatomy of the Pelvis, Psoas, & Sacrum
Discover the power of the pelvis as a center of stability and vitality. We will explore the role of the psoas in posture and movement, the sacrum as a bridge between the spine and hips, and how these structures influence both grounding and upward energy flow.

Week 3: Energetic Anatomy of the Shoulder Girdle
Unravel tension and cultivate freedom in the shoulders by understanding their anatomical structure and energetic function. We will explore heart-opening practices, stabilizing techniques, and the connection between the shoulders and breath.

Week 4: Connective Tissue & the Fascial Web
Dive into the world of fascia—the connective tissue that links every part of the body. Through slow, mindful movement and yin-inspired practices, we will experience how fascia stores tension and emotion, and how we can release and nourish this intricate web.

Fridays, April 25 - May 16 | 11 am - 12:30 pm | $125
