The Boulder JCC offers a daily virtual meditation sit for those who seek connection and community. The 30-minute Zoom sessions will consist of several minutes of guidance and teaching, 18 minutes of silence, and ending with several minutes of optional sharing. The sits will be co-facilitated by various meditation practitioners. Please join this evolving community if you are looking for a peaceful way to start your day. Drop in once, or become a regular. No meditation experience is necessary to join us.
