Details
Led by Liz Morrison, LCSW—therapist, author, speaker, and fellow community member, this dynamic program is designed to help parents not just survive the demands of family life, but thrive in them. Together, we’ll explore a brief overview of what executive functioning skills are and why they matter, especially for parents juggling endless to-dos, overcommitting, multitasking, and managing emotional overload. Liz will share practical strategies to strengthen your own executive functioning skills and guide you in teaching these same skills to your children—infused with meaningful Jewish values that can anchor your family life. With time built in for Q&A, you’ll leave with tools, insights, and a supportive framework to transform the chaos of daily parenting into something more intentional, balanced, and connected.
Light snacks are provided, along with childcare for children aged 4-9.
Thursday, November 13 | 6 - 7 pm | $10/person
