Welcome to Baby Time—a supportive, non-judgmental space designed specifically for mothers and their babies navigating the incredible and often challenging first six months of life. If you have a baby under six months old (pre-crawlers when the group begins), this 8-week series is your dedicated community where you can connect, share the highs and lows of the parenting journey, and recharge with others who get it.

Each meeting is structured for connection: we always start with a High/Low check-in to share your biggest win and challenge from the past week, and then transition to a focused discussion on a common topic. Subjects range from postpartum mental health and identity as a mom, navigating sleep strategies and routines, and tackling feeding experiences (breastfeeding, formula, or combination), to practical advice on basic baby safety and traveling with an infant. We also dedicate time to sharing birth stories and recovery, aligning parenting styles, and establishing self-care routines. To offer specialized support, some weeks will include a guest speaker. The rest of the time is open for informal socializing and forming lasting friendships. Come join us to build your support village and celebrate this wonderful, fleeting stage of life!
