Welcome to InsideOut Creative Movement! Our Baby Class focuses on pre-walkers, ages 3 months through first steps.

Our focus is encouraging growth and development in young brains, both inside and out! We pair movement and dance with tactile touch, sensory props, music, and rhymes to deepen the neural connections that spark in babies' brains in the earliest stages of life. 

Each week, we explore a concept with a deliberate focus on a distinct aspect of early development. From deep squeezes to light tickles, sways, and stomps, the sound of your voice, and with sensory items galore, every aspect of our baby class is designed to encourage bonding, ease strenuous work like tummy time and rolling, strengthen co-regulation, and build community, all while growing your baby's brain!
