[IN-PERSON] Hopeful Birds Clay Workshop

Join ceramic artist and instructor Rita Vali for this workshop as we hand form, decorate and glaze Hopeful Birds.

Participants will learn to make two birds- one to be part of a flock to be installed in the JCC garden to celebrate our community coming back together in person again, and the other to keep and spread hope on your own. More information about Hopeful Birds can be found at

Rita Vali loves teaching ceramics and making art accessible to a wide audience as a way to give back to the community. Her art projects inform and inspire connection on many levels – beauty, history, and as a celebration of color and life. IG: ritavaliceramic and FB: RitaValiCeramics

No experience needed and all materials will be provided.
