Join Milk and Honey Farm and Blackbelly Catering for a unique and delicious Sukkot experience. Blackbelly will work their magic with produce from our farm and other local producers and help you celebrate the Jewish Harvest Festival in style. Alcoholic drinks not included but suggested alcohol pairing list will be provided.

Dinner Menu

PASSED APPS:

  • house cured salmon, cucumber, fresh horseradish
  • squash & black bean tostadas, candied pepitas
  • grilled shishitos, vegetable ash salt
FIRST COURSE (family style):
  • fresh baked bread, za'atar oil
  • baby farm vegetables, red pepper-sunflower hummus, rosemary white bean dip
SECOND COURSE (family style):
  • alaskan sockeye salmon, fresh farm herbs, lemon
  • rotisserie leg of boulder lamb, rosemary, garlic
  • farm ratatouille
  • honey glazed beets, potatoes, and carrots
  • braised greens
THIRD COUSE (plated):
  • red wine poached pears, pistachio-olive oil cake, lavender honey
