Are you interested in creating more ease in your life?

Everyone has heard the terms “meditation” and “mindfulness,” but are you aware that mindful meditation can have a positive impact on your parenting skills, relationships with family and friends, and finding work-life balance?

Please join us for a weekly meditation sit facilitated by Lori and Monte Dube as they explore how incorporating a meditation practice into your life can help develop a greater sense of calm and peace. After a short mindfulness teaching we will sit together for 18 minutes and end with a few minutes of voluntary sharing. 

Feel free to come once, once in a while, or come weekly and be part of an evolving meditation community at the J. Beginners and long-time meditators welcome! 

Lori and Monte Dube are trained Jewish Mindfulness Meditation Teachers who feel strongly about the value of meditation and mindfulness in navigating the worlds of relationships, parenthood, career, and aging.
