Introduction to Jewish Meditation

Date: March 19, 2020
Time: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm Contact: Jodi ZicklinEmail: Jodi.Zicklin@boulderjcc.org

Presented by: Rabbi Ruthie Gelfarb
Meditation can transform Judaism from the purely intellectual process some of us grew up with into a spiritual practice that links us to Judaism in the most profound way. Learn what makes meditation a Jewish practice and be introduced to mindfulness meditation practices. Rabbi Gelfarb has studied at Nepal’s Pokhara Buddhist Meditation Center and completed the Institute for Jewish Spirituality’s 2-year long Jewish Mindfulness Teacher Training. Presented in partnership with Haver, Boulder Rabbinic Council.
