Virtual Book Discussion: "We Are The Weather"

Date: May 21, 2020
Time: 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Becky O'Brien, Hazon's National Director of Food & Climate, will explore the question "What would you do to save the planet?" Becky will facilitate a discussion using Jonathan Safran Foer's book, We Are the Weather: Saving the Planet Begins at Breakfast, as well as other sources and materials from a study guide she created. In honor of the 50th celebration of Earth Day and the great reception this program received this past December we decided to offer this opportunity again. While everyone is encouraged to read this book before our gathering, all are welcome. You can purchase the book from a local bookstore. Or, make a donation of $36+ to Hazon and you can receive a hard copy signed by the author! Donate at Hazon.org/donate and email Becky@Hazon.org with your mailing address.
