PART TWO
A new era in the Middle East? A conversation with Ambassador Gary Grappo

Ambassador Grappo is the Distinguished Fellow at the Center for Middle East Studies at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. He came to DU after a long career as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer that included a number of postings in the Middle East, including serving as U.S. ambassador to Oman (2006-2008). He also served as the Quartet Representative in Jerusalem.

From secret relations to unlimited potential- how peace was achieved and what does Israel hope for looking to the future with Consul General of Israel to the Pacific Southwest, Dr. Hillel Newman

Dr. Hillel Newman started his tenure as Israel’s Consul General in the Pacific Southwest in July 2019. He previously served as Israel’s ambassador to Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and as policy advisor to three Israeli foreign ministers. In the latter role, he traveled to the UAE with former Israeli foreign minister Yisrael Katz.
