Boulder Jewish Teen Initiative

The Boulder Jewish Teen Initiative (BJTI) helps high school students connect with their Jewish peers and explore their identities and relevant topics in a safe and welcoming space. We offer programs for 8th-12th grade students from all affiliations, backgrounds, schools, and Jewish identities in the greater Boulder area.

Jewish Culture Clubs for High School Students in Boulder County - Starting in September!
Online on Wednesdays, 4 - 5 pm

Teens need connection now more than ever. Together we will explore Jewish values through outdoor activities, time with our goats and chickens, and creative projects. As we cycle through the Jewish Calendar, there will be opportunities for special events and celebrations. All in-person gatherings follow our Health and Safety Protocols

NaviG8 for 8th Graders - Starting in September!
NaviG8 is a unique program that brings together Jewish 8th graders to make new friends and learn together. We explore topics affecting teens like personal and religious identities, peer pressure, and transitions to high school in a fun and low-pressure environment. NaviG8 is designed to help teens grow into more resilient young adults, informed global citizens, and modern Jews.

NaviG8 will meet in person following the Boulder JCC's Health and Safety Protocols. This program is designed to transition to virtual if necessary.
