Summer Specialty Day Camps Refund Policy

1. Camp registrations will only be processed with full payment unless a payment plan is approved by the Camp Director. For more information, please contact Julia Paeglis in writing at Julia.Paeglis@boulderjcc.org  Subject to the exceptions described below, camp registration fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable once a camp session begins.

2. In its sole and absolute discretion, BJCC may withdraw Camp Participant from camp for any reason. If BJCC withdraws Camp Participant from camp, a pro-rated refund of camp registration fees will be granted for the period after the withdrawal. If Camp Participant is voluntarily withdrawn after a camp begins by a parent or guardian, a pro-rated refund of camp registration fees may not be granted by BJCC.

3. Subject to space availability, a registration transfer from one BJCC camp to another may be made at no additional charge up to two weeks prior to the original camp start date through a written transfer request (e-mail, letter or fax) to the Camp Director. Transfers within two weeks of the original camp start date may be possible, but should not be expected.

4. If BJCC cancels a camp, a full refund of camp registration fees will be granted unless Camp Participant registers for another camp. Registration cancellations by parents/guardians prior to May 1, 2019 will result in a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Later cancellations up to two weeks prior to the camp start date will result in a full refund, less a $75 administrative fee. However, no refunds will be granted for cancellations within two weeks of the camp start date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (e-mail, letter or fax) to the Camp Director.
