 in Family Counseling)\nThis class is designed for moms to attend with
 their babies under 6 months old (pre-crawlers) when the group starts.
 Join this community of support for an 7 week class with time for sharing
 parenting highs and lows. Each week we will start with a check in (high
 and low) and transition to our discussion topic. This supportive\,
 non-judgemental group includes time for informal socializing and
 connecting with other parents. Topics discussed include sleep\, feeding\,
 birth stories\, aligning parenting styles\, self-care\, baby safety\,
 traveling\, postpartum mental health and identity as a mom. Some weeks
