She comes from Ramat HaNegev\, Colorado's sister community\, and moved to Denver with her family in August 2023. With over 15 years of experience in community building\, Israeli culture\, and organizational consulting\, Nelly brings a deep understanding of Israel's social and innovation sectors. She previously served as Community &\; Culture Manager at the Ramat HaNegev Council and founded Meshutaf\, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young families and women in the Negev.\nShaped by her upbringing in Israel\, IDF service\, and academic studies at Ben Gurion and the Open University\, Nelly is passionate about connecting people to Israel's diverse voices and stories.
