SUMMARY:Weaving: Weaving Group
DESCRIPTION:Come with your looms\, rigid heddle\, tapestry\, or harness for help with
any project you're working on! Whether you are stuck on a technique that
you already have set up on the loom\, need help planning a new project\,
or would like extra support warping the next project on your list\, this
is the place for you. These two weeks will be dedicated to weavers who
want to come together with other weavers and continue creating new works
with a helping hand. Weaving instructor Sara Goldenberg White will lead
the group\, and it will be a great space to keep growing your weaving
skills.\nIf you do not own a loom\, use of a 15&rdquo\; cricket will be
provided without charge by Schacht Spindle Company. Looms can be taken
home during the session to complete your project.\nThis workshop will
have a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 8\, and will break for
lunch.\nPrior weaving experience required.\nWorkshops will be led by Sara
Goldenberg White\, who has been teaching weaving along the Front Range
for over a decade. Her passion for weaving and teaching started during
her graduate study at Colorado State University. She teaches a variety of
fiber techniques\, but sharing her love of weaving with others is one of
her greatest joys. Sara coauthored Simple Woven Garments: 20+ Projects to
Weave and Wear with Jane Patrick. Sara also has a lively fine arts
practice and has exhibited her work at museums and galleries throughout
the country. Sara enjoys the balance of creating her own work and sharing
her love of weaving in the classroom. She looks forward to seeing you
 there!\nTuesday\, March 24 | 10 am - 3 pm | $55\nRegister Here
