FAQs

Request to stay late or come an additional day...

All time outside of your normal schedule will automatically be billed at $10 per ½ hour.

Request an early drop off...

Contact Lara. If approved, you will be charged $10 per ½ hour. lara@boulderjcc.org or x1033

Request a schedule change...

After confirming with Karli (karli@boulderjcc.org or x1034) that we can accommodate your new schedule, get a Schedule Change Request Form from the front desk. There is a $25 schedule change fee.

If your child is going to be gone or late...

Email your teachers as soon as possible. (As per the registration paperwork you signed, there are no make up days, refunds, or credits for missed days.)

If you forgot to sign your child(ren) in or out...

If you email Tara the same day, she can manually enter the sign in/out. If you fail to sign in/out OR email Tara the same day, your account will be charged $10 each time you fail to sign in/out. This must be done via email. tara.nelson@boulderjcc.org

Using the Tumble Room...

You must check in at the MAIN JCC front desk prior to tumbling. The tumbling room is for children 0-5 years. Please check the website for current open tumble times. Current ECC families can tumble for FREE Monday - Friday! Please remember, socks are required.

Dropping off and picking up...

Licensing requires children to be dropped off and picked up BEFORE signing in or out. (You have 7 minute grace period around your scheduled drop off and pick up times. After that, an automated charge of $10 per ½ an hour will accrue.)

What is the illness policy?

We request that you keep your child at home and/or visit your doctor if your child has any of the symptoms: diarrhea, fever, vomiting, rashes, severe uncontrolled coughing, Strep Throat, Impetigo, Lice, or Ringworm. For more detail, please see the Parent Handbook.

Your child may return to school when they are:

  • Fever free without the use of fever-reducing medication for 24 hours
  • Diarrhea free for 24 hours
  • Vomit-free for 24 hours
  • Have been on antibiotics (for illnesses that require antibiotics) for at least 24 hours and are  symptom free

I want to celebrate my child’s birthday at school...

What foods are not allowed at school?

Pork, shellfish, peanuts and tree nuts
