Volunteer at the J

If you are looking for a fun and meaningful way to spend your time, use your skills, and help make our community a better place, the J is the place for you! With hundreds of programs each year, the Boulder JCC welcomes enthusiastic volunteers to help us grow and serve our community.

Whether you want to give back to the community, meet new friends, earn community service hours, or enhance your resume, the Boulder JCC has numerous volunteer opportunities available, both for special events, as well as consistent organizational help. We work with our volunteers to match them with positions that fit their skills, interests, and schedules.

Volunteering at the J has never been more impactful. We offer ongoing as well as one-time opportunities in a variety of areas within the JCC, including but not limited to:

  • Major Events (Reflections, Purim Carnival, 9Health Fair, Boulder Jewish Festival, and more)
  • Help with HaSifria, our JCC Community Library
  • Organizational tasks (calling community members to thank them/invite them to events, writing thank you letters, set-up/clean-up for events, etc.)
  • Various opportunities at Milk and Honey Farm
  • Programs with ACE: Arts, Culture, and Education, Women of the J, and more
