Create Your JConnect Account
Creating an account in JConnect will allow you to manage your household registrations, register for upcoming programs/events, and view your program/transaction history.
- To get started, visit https://boulderjcc.mysite.com
- Under the login boxes, click on “Create an Account”
- Complete the required fields and select “Submit”
- You will receive a notice that an email has been sent to create a password. Please see below for instructions if you receive an error message.
- Check your email and click on the link to create a password. The email will be sent from JConnect@boulderjcc.org and may be in your spam folder if you don’t receive the email in your inbox.
- You will be directed to your JConnect homepage
What if I receive an error message?
Please see below a list of the most common error message scenarios and how to troubleshoot.
User already exists:
- This means you already have an account with this email address. Navigate back to the login page by clicking on your “Back” button or going to https://boulderjcc.mysite.com
- If you don't remember your password: Under the login boxes, click on “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your email address in the “Username” field and click “Reset Password”
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
- Once you have reset your password, you will be directed to your JConnect homepage
E-mail needs to be verified:
- If you receive this error message, send an email to JConnect@boulderjcc.org referencing this error and the email address you entered
- Our JConnect Support team will update your account and send you an email that the problem has been resolved
- Create your account
If you are unable to reset your password:
- If you don't receive the email to reset the password or if the link does not work as expected, please send an email to JConnect@boulderjcc.org or call Reception at (303) 998-1900.
