In this one-hour introductory class, you will learn the foundational techniques of Krav Maga. Whether you're looking to improve your self-defense skills or gain confidence in your ability to protect yourself, this session will provide you with the essential tools to get started on your Krav Maga journey.
Krav Maga, meaning "contact combat" in Hebrew, is a practical self-defense system developed in the 1940s for the Israeli Defense Forces. Unlike traditional martial arts, Krav Maga focuses on real-world survival skills and personal safety, preparing individuals to defend themselves in dangerous situations.
