This year, the festival presents two distinct collections of short films from emerging filmmakers, featuring comedies, narratives, and animated movies. In both Shorts Program 1 and Shorts Program 2, these international short films feature a wide variety of family relationship themes, some far from stereotypes, with previously unimaginable story lines. In contrast, others portray both touching and hilarious scenarios. Many films are from Israel, and we have included three excellent French films that you will enjoy. Sure to sell out quickly, the popular shorts programs are curated by Judith Dack and the Shorts Selection Committee.
