This year’s festival presents two exciting collections of short films from emerging filmmakers—featuring comedies, narratives, and animation. Both Shorts Program 1 and Shorts Program 2 showcase international works that explore family relationships in fresh and unexpected ways. Some challenge stereotypes with bold, imaginative storylines, while others capture moments that are both touching and laugh-out-loud funny. Highlights include a strong selection of Israeli films and three outstanding French shorts. Curated by Judith Dack and the Shorts Selection Committee, these always-popular programs are expected to sell out quickly.
