Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and slay in this fun, full-body workout designed just for you! This 60-minute cardio-strength fusion uses light equipment—ankle weights, resistance bands, and booty bands—to boost your heart rate, build lean muscle, and target your whole body: major muscles and all your supporting muscles. Whether you're a beginner or looking to level up your fitness game, this class delivers a lower-impact burn with high-energy vibes. Come for the workout, stay for the empowerment and community!
Some equipment will be provided, but it is encouraged to bring ankle weights, a yoga mat, booty, and resistance bands.
