Qi Gong is an ancient movement meditation practice created as part of the system of Chinese medicine. Qi means "life-force energy" or "breath," and Gong means "work." Qi Gong's practice uses postures in rhythmic patterns to circulate qi through the body, maintaining optimal health and vitality. There are more than 3,000 styles of Qi Gong practiced for wellness, energy cultivation, and stress management. It can be practiced at any age, even seated in a chair. No prior experience or equipment is necessary.
