Rachel Cruz is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Lifestyle Coach for Diabetes Prevention. She helps people to understand the connections between balanced blood glucose, vibrant energy, and overall health. Through one-on-one and group programs—including her signature "Glucose Wise" Health Coaching Program, a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)-based program—she translates complex science into actionable health. Rachel’s calm, non-judgmental approach empowers clients to master their energy and understand their bodies.
Jo Schaalman is a nutrition therapist and yoga teacher dedicated to transformative healing. Drawing on her work with pioneers like Ana Forrest and Dr. Theron Randolph, Jo empowers others to achieve optimal health through yoga and targeted nutrition.
Dr. Malia Swanson is a board-certified family medicine physician and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Specializing in an integrative, whole-person approach, she helps women transition from feeling "off the rails" to being confident and informed. Beyond menopause, Dr. Swanson provides expert care for complex hormonal conditions, including PMDD, PCOS, and endometriosis. Her advanced training covers a comprehensive range of midlife health needs, from metabolic health and preventive cardiology to bone density and sexual wellness.
