Lisa teaches gentle, sensation-based yoga rooted in decades of study of subtle movement and joint mechanics. Her classes explore the joints through a variety of angles to support circulation, mobility, balance, and overall ease. Every pose is treated as a direction rather than a shape to perform—customizable for every body, in every condition.
Welcoming all bodies of every age, shape, size, and ability, Lisa creates a warm, non-competitive space where students can settle their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies through curiosity and compassion, and rediscover resilience and functional freedom in everyday life.
Come as you are and cultivate a calmer mind, a more comfortable body, and a deeper sense of presence.
