The Boulder JCC offers a variety of programming to connect you with others while adding movement, mindfulness, and wellness to your daily schedule. Whether you are taking a hike or joining a walk, meditating, perfecting your tai chi routine, participating in an Israeli Dance Class, or taking a yoga class, we have many offerings to get you engaged in community while learning something new and staying healthy. All experience levels are welcome to participate! In order to receive a refund for Movement and Mindfulness classes or events, you must cancel at least 72 hours prior. If the Movement and Mindfulness class or event in on a Monday, please try and cancel by the Friday prior.
