The Boulder Jewish Community Center (JCC) is hosting a Vitalant Blood Mobile Drive on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, offering a meaningful opportunity for community members to save lives by donating blood locally. Do a mitzvah and join us to donate blood.
📍 Location: Boulder JCC Parking Lot
🗓 Date & Time: January 13, 2026 | 11 am – 2:15 pm
💉 Cost: Free and open to eligible donors (registration required).
Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood for treatments ranging from surgeries and cancer care to emergencies and chronic illness. Because blood cannot be manufactured and must come from volunteer donors, community drives like this one play a vital role in maintaining a stable and diverse supply for local hospitals and patients.
A single donation can save up to three lives, making each participant’s contribution incredibly impactful. The Vitalant Blood Mobile will be stationed at the JCC for most of the midday, and participants are encouraged to register in advance to secure their spot.
Whether you’re a first-time donor or a regular, this blood drive is a direct way to give back to your community and help ensure lifesaving resources are available when they’re needed most.
For more information and to sign up for a time slot, visit Vitalant’s registration page linked on the Boulder JCC’s event listing.
