Nancy Lipsey credits her time in youth group, JCC summer camp, and her parents' commitment to community organizations in Memphis for her long career in the nonprofit sector. She has a Master's of Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University and is a graduate of the Educators Program at the Pardes Institute in Jerusalem. She is a Jewish Educator and taught in the Florence Melton Adult Mini School. Nancy's experience includes leadership positions at the JCCs in Atlanta and Detroit where she led the oldest and largest Jewish Book Fairs in the country. She served as Hazon's Director of Outdoor Adventures expanding the Jewish Environmental Bike Rides in New York, Israel, and Northern California. Nancy led the transformation of the experience for 10,000 volunteers for the New York City Marathon, the world's largest marathon. As the Director of Volunteers and Community Events for the New York Road Runners her team launched a free community running program in NYC Parks.
