This class is designed for parents with babies under 6 months (pre-crawlers). Join this supportive community to share parenting experiences of raising a baby. Topics covered will include sleep, feeding, self-care, baby safety, postpartum mental health, identity shifts, and family dynamics. Some weeks will include a guest speaker.
