So teach us to number our days, so that we may get a heart of wisdom. use all of our days - Psalms 90:12
The "Wise Aging" sessions will address many of the opportunities and challenges we encounter as we transition through the ‘third act of life.’ This program invites us to embrace life and live more mindfully, joyfully, and compassionately by offering powerful tools for giving expression to the wisdom of our own ripening lives. We will explore the pertinent issues of aging incorporating mindfulness practices, journaling, meditation, art expression, and contemporary and core Jewish texts.
Bring a journal and pen, open to women ages 60+.
