Ages: Moms with babies under 6 months

This class is designed for moms to attend with their babies under 6 months old (pre-crawlers) when the group starts. Join this community of support for an 7 week class with time for sharing parenting highs and lows. Each week we will start with a check in (high and low) and transition to our discussion topic. This supportive, non-judgemental group includes time for informal socializing and connecting with other parents. Topics discussed include sleep, feeding, birth stories, aligning parenting styles, self-care, baby safety, traveling, postpartum mental health and identity as a mom. Some weeks will include a guest speaker.
