Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and slay in this fun, full-body workout designed just for you! This 60-minute cardio-strength fusion utilizes light equipment—ankle weights, resistance bands, and booty bands—to boost your heart rate, build lean muscle, and target your entire body, including major muscles and all your supporting muscles. Whether you're a beginner or looking to level up your fitness game, this class delivers a lower-impact burn with high-energy vibes. Come for the workout, stay for the empowerment and community!
Some equipment will be provided, but it is encouraged to bring ankle weights, a yoga mat, a booty band, and resistance bands.
