In a world that moves quickly, this 4-week online course offers a dedicated space to pause, listen, and reconnect with the quiet rhythm of your heart. Join us for a weekly hour of guided meditation, gentle teachings, and reflection, designed to help you step into the steady presence that lives beneath anxiety and striving. Together, we will explore how to carry mindfulness into the ordinary moments of our days, meeting emotions with clarity and softening the edges of self-judgment. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or brand new to meditation, this class offers a nourishing environment to slow down and come home to yourself with tenderness and patience.
