Join Giorgia for an empowering fitness class designed for all moms — whether you’re prenatal, newly postpartum, or chasing active toddlers. Through strength and conditioning exercises with a focus on PelviCore integration, you’ll learn how to safely challenge your body while protecting and strengthening your core and pelvic floor.
This class will help you build confidence, resilience, and long-lasting strength in a supportive community of moms. Giorgia will meet you exactly where you are — helping you feel grounded, capable, and strong from the inside out. Pre-crawling babies are welcome to attend.
