Whether your child is staying in peak form during the off-season, returning from an injury, or just loves the challenge of a great workout, this class is designed to help them perform at their best. This high-energy, one-hour session goes beyond basic drills, combining physical training with the "why" behind every movement.
What Your Child Will Gain:
- Endurance & Strength: Build cardiovascular stamina and functional power.
- Injury Prevention: Learn proper mechanics to stay safe on and off the field.
- Recovery & Performance: Master essential techniques to recover quickly and play harder.
