Looking for enriching opportunities for parents and caregivers to enjoy time together while your children develop social and emotional skills? Join us at the Boulder JCC for a diverse array of programs for families focusing on Early Learning and Parenting Education. Classes include exploring the Milk and Honey Farm, learning beginner sign language, music, crafting, and much more! Parent Education programs cover topics to help navigate milestones, such as potty training and preparing children for a new sibling. Our educational opportunities encourage parents and caregivers to learn, grow, and foster community.

Through Sing and Sign at the Farm, you can learn and grow alongside other families, gaining insights into your child’s thoughts, observations, needs, and desires. Each week will have a different theme, including animals, bedtime, family, mealtime, and more. This class is designed for children aged 6 to 15 months and their caregivers.

Sign, Move, and Groove at the Farm with Chamisa is for your busy toddler to explore the world around them, move to music, create art projects, and start or continue their sign language journey! Each week, we will focus on a different theme by learning songs and movements, exploring new toys, creating simple crafts, and learning/reviewing the signs that go with each word. This is a great way to introduce new concepts and encourage your busy toddler to continue signing and speaking in a fun, motivating way!

Baby Time is designed for parents with babies under six months (pre-crawlers). Join this supportive community to share parenting experiences of raising a baby. Topics covered will include sleep, feeding, self-care, baby safety, postpartum mental health, identity shifts, and family dynamics. Some weeks will consist of a guest speaker.

Teva Tots is an outdoor class for toddlers that provides meaningful experiences in teva (nature) that foster community and help children build confidence, independence, and social-emotional skills. Our instructor will lead families in sensory-rich explorations at the Milk and Honey Farm each week, including art activities and sensory play. Each session ends with optional time with the goats. It is suitable for ages 18 months to 3 years and their caregiver(s).

Chat, Flow, and Grow for Toddlers, babies, and their caregiver(s) is led by Baby and Toddler Consultant Nupur Israni. Each themed class covers a wide range of topics related to motherhood and caregiving while encouraging skill-building and learning for babies. Topics range from anything and everything related to Feed, Play, and Rest.

Join Little Yogis for a unique and engaging experience for toddlers and caregivers. We will explore age-appropriate yoga poses, fun games, and mindful breathing exercises. Our class blends yoga mat time with open-ended exploration stations. This setting provides children ages 2 - 4 opportunities to socialize with their peers and for caregivers to connect and build a supportive community.

Join InsideOut Instructor Carly for this interactive creative movement class for babies and their caregivers. This class includes baby rhyming exercises, dance exploration, musical instruments, and sensory-rich props - providing the perfect opportunity to bond with your baby and build relationships with other caregivers.

Bring your toddler to explore our fully padded Tumble Room for Toddler Time! This space provides a safe environment for your little one to explore and play with peers. Each week, we’ll cover a different topic relevant to your child’s growth, including nutrition, sleep routines, toddler-proofing, potty training, and developmental milestones. Caregivers can also share their weekly highs and lows, fostering a supportive community. Toddler Time has two sessions this fall, one starting in September and one starting in October

Altitunes is a mixed-age music class that is wonderful for children under the age of 4 and great if you are looking for a class for siblings to attend together! Parents/caregivers support their children as they explore and discover their abilities to sing and move to a beat. Activities include singing, dancing, instrument play, creative movement, and rhythm exploration. Play with egg shakers, rhythm sticks, bells, drums, and more. Sign up for our morning or afternoon class, which is available this fall.
