
Chanukah is right around the corner, starting on Wednesday, December 25, at sundown. Join the Boulder JCC at one of these festive and fun events for every age!
Jeff and Paige Chanukah Concert
Please join the Boulder JCC for an interactive musical Chanukah celebration with Jeff and Paige in Levin Hall! This annual event will get your family excited for the Festival of Lights with elaborate costumes (including Latke Man!) and catchy songs. Jeff and Paige use songs and skits to explore nature, its connection to Judaism and Hanukkah and its many traditions. This is a family-friendly event; all ages are welcome (best for children ages 2-8).
9:45 am – JCC lobby doors open
(check in at registration table + vendors available in lobby)
10:20 am – Doors to Levin Hall open for the concert
10:30 am – Concert begins
11:30 am – Concert ends
11:30 am-12:00 pm – Vendors available
We have several vendors set up for this event. Please arrive at 9:45 a.m. to walk around the lobby before the event!
- Face painting with Katie Miller (cash, card or Venmo)
- Whistling Boar will be selling sufganiyot (jelly donuts), rugelach (pastry cookies), Chanukah sugar cookies, coconut macaroons, and more!
- Cafe at the J will be open and selling drip coffee and hot chocolate
- Chanukah Hot Cocoa Bombs for taking home
- Chanukah cookie decorating kits from the Sugar Cookie Store
- Milk and Honey Farm & Eco-Cycle resources
- Stock up on some Jeff and Paige merchandise
- PJ Library Book Swap- (Drop off books in the JCC lobby December 4-12)

Chanukah On Pearl
This annual outdoor event is open to the entire community and has become a holiday ritual for many local families. The festivities begin at 5:30 pm and include the Menorah lighting, music, Chanukah treats, and hot chocolate. This event is perfect for all ages.
This event is co-sponsored by the Boulder County Center for Judaism and is free for everyone to attend. Advance registration is strongly recommended so we can know how much food to bring and communicate with you in advance if there is a last-minute change.
Monday, December 30 | 5:30 – 7 pm | FREE
Chanukah On Ice
Skate with family and friends to Chanukah music and stay for the lighting of the Chanukah Menorah in Louisville. Enjoy delicious sufganiyot (jelly donuts) and hot chocolate.
This event is co-sponsored by the Boulder County Center for Judaism. Menorah Lighting at 4:30 pm. Registration is recommended so we can communicate with you if there is a change. There is a fee for skate rentals.
