The Boulder JCC is pleased to announce it's transition from JConnect to our new registration platform, Amilia. After thoughtful evaluation, extensive research, and careful planning, we are excited to introduce a powerful new platform designed to make registration easier and more efficient—empowering everyone to do more and say "yes" more often!

- During this transition to Amilia, November and some December events will still live on JConnect.
- The Boulder JCC website event web pages will direct you to the proper registration portals during this transition.
- All future Boulder JCC programs will be fully integrated to Amilia, January 1.
Had a preexisting JConnect account? Activate your Amilia account.
When Amilia launched, Amilia required one account owner to verify and activate an Amilia account before other household members can log in. The Boulder JCC determined the primary account owner via JConnect account activity.
Your Next Steps:
- Look out for an email to activate your account from notifications@amilia.com with the subject line “Boulder JCC has invited you to join Amilia” (check your spam folder).
- Select "Create Account" on the invitation email sent by Amilia.
- You'll be prompted to create a password to log in.
- If you view that email past 60 days, the activation link will no longer be active. Contact amiliasupport@boulderjcc.org for assistance.
Once you have logged in, you can: - Verify your information to ensure the data transfer was accurate (name, date of birth, email, phone number, family members and their information, etc.).
- Invite members of your household (ages 14+) from your account to create their own login (only the Account Owner can do this step).
- Designate a different Account Owner in your Amilia account by contacting amiliasupport@boulderjcc.org.
- Set up your "Wallet" to add your credit card information for a quicker checkout experience.
- Download the Amilia App.

Why didn't I receive an Amilia activation email?
- Amilia requires only one Account Owner to verify and activate an Amilia account before other household members can log in.
- The Boulder JCC initiated and determined the Amilia Account Holder based on JConnect account activity data.
- If you need to the be the Account Owner, contact amiliasupport@boulderjcc.org.
- How to become an Account Owner if someone else in my household received the activation email?
- The household member who received that activation email from notifications@amilia.com, titled "Boulder JCC has invited you to join Amilia," should follow these steps:
- Go to "Account"
- Click on the person you wish to invite to your "Family" (this will prompt to a new web page)
- Scroll to the bottom of that web page
- Click the "Invite to join family account" button (this will prompt you to a new web page)
- Click the button "Send Invite" - The family members who were invited should receive an email to activate their account.
- The household member who received that activation email from notifications@amilia.com, titled "Boulder JCC has invited you to join Amilia," should follow these steps:
