Boulder Jewish Film Festival FAQs

How do I purchase tickets?

All film tickets are $16 (price includes a $3 ticketing fee from the Dairy Arts Center). Tickets can be purchased online through the Dairy Art Center's website or at the Hartman Box Office (Monday - Saturday, 12 - 6 pm) at the Dairy Arts Center. Screenings often sell out; purchase your tickets early. Additional screenings may be scheduled. Check the Boulder JCC or Dairy Arts Center website for any updates to the festival schedule. This video offers step-by-step instructions on how to purchase your tickets. We suggest having the list of screenings you would like to attend handy so that you do not time out on the Dairy's ticketing page. You have 10 minutes to select, check out, and complete your payment.

What if a film is sold out?

If a film is sold out, please contact the Dairy Arts Center box office at 303-440-7826 to be added to the waitlist.

Will there be talkbacks?

A discussion with Kathryn Bernheimer and special guests, including actors, directors, and producers, follows all screenings. Bonus content will be shared with all ticket holders via email.

Will the festival be in-person only?

The 13th annual Boulder Jewish Film Festival is an all-live event at the Dairy Arts Center this year.  We will not be streaming any of our films.

Does the Dairy offer audio enhancement?

Yes. Personal listening devices (earbuds) are available free of charge to audience members attending all performances at The Dairy. To check them out, the box office will hold your driver’s license or credit card, returning it to you when the listening device is turned in to The Dairy House Manager on duty at the end of the performance. These earbuds are tuned into an FM frequency that receives sound picked up from the transmissions of choir mics suspended above our stages. Currently, over-the-ear listening devices are unavailable, but you are welcome to bring your own. For more information about accessibility at the Dairy Arts Center, visit here

Are ticket sales final?

There are no refunds, but you can receive a Patron Credit for a future event at the Dairy. Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance. Patron Credit never expires and can be used online, by phone, or in person. All cancellations must be made through the Dairy. Once the cancellation has been made, the Dairy will release your seats.

Is there a film pass?

We are not offering a film pass. Tickets should be purchased for each film you are interested in attending.

Can I attend a film without the reception, or the reception without the film?

We will not be selling a separate ticket only to attend a reception, or tickets to attend the film without the reception.

Unclaimed seats will be released at showtime.
