The camp day runs from 9 am - 4 pm. We offer an 8am early drop off option for an additional cost. You’ll have the opportunity to sign up for early drop off during the registration process. If you need to add this option after registration, please email Jordan Etter at jordan.etter@boulderjcc.org.
The Boulder JCC has a need-based scholarship program which you may apply for by completing a scholarship application in addition to filling out your camper application. This process is done confidentially. Please do not hesitate to apply. We do our best to meet the needs of all our families. The application is due by February 4, 2026. Applications received after February 4 will be considered on a rolling basis. If you have scholarship questions or would like to apply for scholarship, please contact Jordan Etter at jordan.etter@boulderjcc.org.
- If the Boulder JCC cancels a camp, a full refund will be granted unless the camp participant transfers that balance to another camp program.
- Registration cancellations by parents/guardians prior to May 1, 2026 will result in a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Later cancellations up until June 2 will result in a full refund, less a $125 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after June 1, 2026 unless we can fill your spot from the waitlist, then it will result in a full refund less a $250 administrative fee.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to a member of the Camp Leadership Team.
- Campers on the waiting list for a camp program will not be charged.
All of our camps are located at the Boulder JCC at 6007 Oreg Avenue (on the Southeast corner of Cherryvale and Arapahoe).
Children must be fully vaccinated according to the American Academy of Pediatrics vaccine schedule for: Hepatitis B, DTaP, Polio, Hib, PCV, MMR, and Varicella. Please click here to learn more about the required vaccine schedule. If a child is on a delayed vaccination schedule, the schedule must be in accordance with the AAP recommended catch-up schedule (Table 2), and the child must have started the schedule by their first day of school. We must also have written documentation of the dates the subsequent vaccine doses will be administered. If a child has a medical exemption, we must receive a Certificate of Medical Exemption form completed by a doctor with their Professional License Number. The Boulder JCC does not accept religious or personal exemptions.
